Arm Exercises

At present count we have over 200 exercises in the Health Whacko Exercise Encyclopedia, and more get added weekly. Real exercises by a real person, or at least someone who doesn’t look like he fell off the cover of Muscle & Fitness. We also take requests. You can always check out the multitude of online videos that we have through the Health Whacko YouTube Page or the Video Whacko

Here’s what we have so far …

Now let’s keep this in mind. Before Google and Blogger started blowing up, everything we are importing here originally was located at the Health Whacko Blog. Feel free to head over there and jump ahead at any time, but I do promise as we go this will be one of the best diet and exercise sites ever. Well ok it will be pretty cool anyway. Work with me here! We are a big fan of making things a bit easier by keeping things relevant to the body part in which you are trying to work out. Since we have both Home Gym and Gym Gym stuff, we will keep them together because when you get past the novice phase you should be good at mix and match. It really doesn’t take long to become an intermediate so why keep you from the goodies?
